When will Jackie Walker be inducted into the College Football HOF

His brother thinks it's because he was gay and Jackie kinda felt that way too. While his teammates and coaches were fine with him, he was kinda forgotten about by the football world because it was easier to forget about him. Because Jackie was out he made a lot of the old guys in the football world uncomfortable even though he was out of football by then.

His brother is the one that started the push for his recognition - he promised Jackie that he'd get him in the Hall of Fame while Jackie was dying. Jackie never did believe it would happen. But when his brother started talking to Jackie's teammates and coaches, many of whom, were shocked that Jackie wasn't already in the Hall of Fame (they'd assumed he was) things really got going. But it's honestly taken his brother rallying people who knew Jackie as a player and teammate being informed of the injustice to start momentum headed in that direction.

I don't think he'll be left out too much longer now that people are starting to rally behind him and remind people of how amazing he was as a player.
