Sims was clearly the better QB.
Blake Sims, QB 3250 yards - 27 TD & 7 Int. (12 TD & 4 Int. against AP ranked teams) - 10 sacks allowed - 88.4 QBR
Dak Prescott, QB 2996 yards - 24 TD & 10 Int. (8 TD & 5 Int. against AP ranked teams) - 19 sacks allowed - 78.3 QBR
Plus: SEC Championship Game MVP

What does that have to do with this season in college?

You left off some stats.
Also, 1st team > 2nd team
Also, 1st team > 2nd team

LSU fans should really just start following the NFL. They seem really interested in it, and that's the only place they've had any success recently.

As for the actual thread - I thought Prescott was a lock early in the year, but he fell off pretty hard at the end of the season. People just don't pay much attention.

J. Winston being the obvious frontrunner.

True. Dak Prescott had nearly 200 rushing attempts this year though. Sims rushed the ball less than 75 times.

I'd take Prescott over Sims all day every day. Anyone who wouldn't is insane.

Let's just omit stats that don't favor Sims. Seems fair.
ETA: While you're at it go ahead and deduct yards from Winston for playing in the ACC and TDs for being a retard.

I'm not the one who started this thread. I'm just saying that Sims behaved more like a pocket passer this year than Prescott did. Hence why Sims rushed the ball 122 fewer times than Prescott did. Their yards per carry average are practically the same.
