LSU fans, what was the crowd split like in the OSU LSU game in New Orleans?

I originally thought we could get a home game in the Superdome but Ohio State fans travel well from what I've heard

It was 70-30 LSU...maybe 65 LSU, but LSU had the advantage...they owned Bourbon Street that weekend leading up to the game...New Orleans hit the jackpot with this matchup...

They travel well.

They'll have 35-40% of the crowd, probably.

65-35 to 70% LSU..but they travel monster..and fill out the stadium greater than their actual number..

Sort of an optical illusion since practically everyone of them even the grandpas and grandmas are wearing OSU jerseys of all past players and eras.

Biggest jersey fanbase I've ever seen by far..very nice peeps too.

Might have been 60-40 LSU....but Ohio State brought a ton. Never seen so many Ohio license plates on the way down. Hopefully Ohio State has a lot better trip this time than in 2007.

OSU travels very well. I'd say it was a 60-40 LSU split. The difference was all their fans that made the trip went into the stadium whereas localers were out tailgating and on bourbon so LSU was much more represented in that aspect

They had SEC fatigue after Fla & LSU in 2006-2007, and with barbershop car dealer tattoo hullabaloo, they didn't expect Hogs to blow the SEC's grip on OSU in bowl play..

If only they'd known!

They'll buy up their quota plus some for this game.

It's a big win for the Sugar, and I imagine the Rose is pissed. Ohio St fans travel very well, and if they assume they're one-and-done , they may well go all-in for the semifinal. And Bama is close enough that it doesn't force them to decide which game to attend.

Fla St, on the other hand... do they go all-in for Pasadena (that's a long trip), or do they hold out for the championship? Oregon is also a 12 hr drive to Pasadena...
