"Bowlsby said it appears the conference was penalized for not having a conference championship game, and will likely re-address how it decides its champion and the possibility of playing a title game."
Current NCAA rules require 12 teams in order for a conference to have a play-off. Is conference expansion on the table again?

They can request a waiver. If granted a 9 game conference slate then a CCG with 2 highest ranking teams I suppose.
