He needs to blame Alavarez for having his team lay down and spread their cheeks for OSU last night.

At least the SEC fixes the games through the refs to give the illusion of competition.

He's probably saying that it had to do with Texas politics or he's simply being sexist. I highly doubt race crossed his mind.

Yeah but man... he really showed his arse. He should have taken the high road like Patterson did.

Paul Finebaum: "They got it right but they went about it the wrong way."

If they got it right, how they got there, does it really matter? We all know this committee is shite but damn, does it really matter?

The committee says its better to lose to bad teams at home than beat good teams in conference.

Willingham, Osborne, Alvarez, and Long all have strong connections to Big Ten schools.

Michigan State and Wisconsin, neither of whom beat a single top 25 team this year (with the one exception of Minnesota who just sneaked in again this week at 25), have been over-ranked by 5 to 10 spots all year. The Big Ten did not beat a single team - not one - in the top 25 out of conference.

Rice's connections are to Notre Dame and Stanford - Briles is an idiot if singled her out.

Baylor coach Art Briles not holding back. "The only member of that (CFP) committee born in the South is Condoleeza Rice."

I don't doubt it but the committee has "said" a lot of things and then the next week or hell, the same week but down the line in the poll numbers, totally contradicted themselves.

You could be right about Wisconsin. No way should they have lost that bad!
