What does your team need to be a champion in 2015?

I'll start with mine.
Auburn needs a serviceable defense, not even a great one.
A consistent pass rush.
Vastly improved secondary play.
Better O-Line play.
Will probably need a couple players to step up at WR.

Please add a great Fullback to the wishlist for Auburn.

Have a consistent quarterback. We are set at almost every other position.

A quarterback would be nice

Our young QB to be a gang buster (whether thats Ramsey or Park).
Our offensive weapons to stay healthy.
Our 2015 recruiting class to not fall apart and subsequently contribute significantly (especially on defense).
We're already thinking NEXT, next year. :\

We need to renew our contract with Tom Ritter

We need the light to come on for Brandon Harris.
The rest of the pieces are in place. The defense should be pretty good. Barring early entries to the NFL draft, we should return 9 starters. The offense has a lot of young playmakers. With a talented and competent QB at the helm, LSU will be tough to beat next year.
We'll see if that happens. My guess is that we start the year with Jennings and Harris replaces him midway through. But by then it will be too late -- we'll be a two-loss team.

Safeties and our sort of experienced WRs to grow up fast.
The ONLY hole we see on the D next year is Safety (ILB IF Ragland leaves).
On offense, the only hole is we lose our top three WRs. We bring back some guys with experience, but they don't have a lot of it.
IF we get good WR and Safety play (and don't have to kick any game winning FGs), we're looking just fine.

Agree and consistent LB play
-Much better special team play. We took a huge step backwards in that area.

BETTER PLAYCALLING
Better offensive line play
A run game...period
Much better play on defense, especially on the back line

Dude, Alabama loses its QB, best RB, and best WR. These three players accounted for like 75-90% of Alabama's offensive production.
