It's getting ugly.

ESPN LINK

"The Big 12 didn't help us," Fuller told ESPN.com after Baylor's 38-27 win against No. 9 Kansas State. "They wanted to make sure one person got in, and I think it's messing them up now. The commercial says, 'One true champion.' They play that a lot."

"If you have a slogan and say there's one true champion, all of a sudden, you're going to go out the back door instead of going out the front," Briles said. "Don't say one thing and do another. That's my whole deal. If they said from the get-go, 'We've got co-champs. Head-to-head doesn't matter,' I'm OK with it. But don't say one thing and do another."

"It'd be less painful [if Ohio State got in over both]," Fuller admitted. "I know you're rooting for the Big 12 to get in the playoff. Heck, it'd be worse if TCU got in. I don't understand that argument whatsoever. It doesn't make any sense to me."

I'm taking Gumps, Ducks, Noles and Buckeyes.

Texas better get control of their conference or there will be 7 teams looking for new homes. And no, we full.

The Big 12 is a joke. No title game and this co-champions bullshite. They should be left out on principle.

Buckeyes really gave the committee a good out.

Also it think they should punish the Big 12 for not having any way of picking a champion.

If you are going to not have a championship game, figure out a way of picking a winner.

Head-to-head makes sense.

nah take 2 Big 12 teams. Move Bama and Auburn to the east with the long time rivals and each other. . Missouri to the new west where it already is geographically.

and then rotate easter opponents.

only issue is there would probably be imbalance in the east if we didn't add really good teams to the west.

The big 12.

I can't wait for the melt when osu, deservedly, jumps both big 12 schools.

It shouldn't matter, the committee's job was to pick the best four teams. Yesterday's top four should have been in win you're in situations. The committee, not the Big12, created their own conundrum with their week to week flip flop reasoning. They had for weeks been declaring TCU better than Baylor and should now stick by that or lose all credibility.
