Says he agrees with targeting call on Shane Ray.

Classy guy and my 2nd favorite SEC coach to Saban.

I like him because he's old school in mentality. Probably why they keep winning the East despite having noticeably less talent than UGA.

I'm sure if he would have disagreed with the call you would have a totally different opinion on him.

Give Pinkel and Mizzou a lot of credit; they just have to recruit better, especially on the offensive side of the ball.

Looking at the number of high caliber defensive linemen he has developed is impressive. Some are NFL stars now, and he's always had great defensive ends since being in the SEC. It seems like they'll always have a dangerous pass rush.

Maybe y'all can hire him as your DC.

Pinkel is Missouri's Tommy Tuberville, except less of a count.

There's not much to disagree with. It was a stupid, selfish play and made him look like a punk.

I like Pinkel too and agree with those saying all that's left is getting better recruits, but that's been Missouri's problem all along. And it really slaps you in the face when you see the physical difference between Pinkel's athletes and Saban's on the same field. They're bigger and stronger across the board.

It would be nice to get the same kind of SEC bump A&M has enjoyed, but that has yet to happen.

And if it doesn't happen soon the job will be left to Pinkel's successor.

I didn't realize that he and Saban were teammates in college. That is pretty cool.

I like him too and even with his age I would not be surprised if M snips his way to see if he wants a change. If I was pink I would not look thought as he has built a great thing at Mizz
