Would make for a shitty bowl for anyone not from Mississippi. Doubt it happens. Why would a bowl exec want this? From a TV market perspective it would be undesirable right?

Yep. No one outside of Mississippi would give a shite. But, with the new playoff, really no one gives a shite about bowl games anymore in general.
