Ohio State's win against Wisconsin and Michigan State OTR are better than TCU's. And they are conference champions, TCU is not.

1 - Oregon
2 - Bama
3 - FSU
4 - Baylor
I seriously doubt they'll insert OSU into #4 .... but would not be shocked. They'd love to have a B1G vs PAC 12 matchup in the Rose Bowl and Bama vs FSU in the Sugar.
Either way it'll be geographically rigged. But they try to do it where they can justify it and the only way they can do that is by moving Oregon to #1 and FSU to #3.

Yeah, but do you honestly think the committee is going to drop TCU two spots after they raped ISU today? I don't.

That's what it should be. However, the committee will do some bullshite (like putting Oregon at #1 OR Ohio State at #3) in order to make it Oregon/Ohio State in the Rose Bowl.
