they are a top 7 program in CF and they will get a proven HC

Times have changed. I don't see UM as being an appealing job to a big time proven head coach. The expectations are through the roof based on past achievements. The state isn't exactly talent rich and kids haven't grown up knowing the old big blue. Ohio St will get the majority of the best recruits from the north under Urban. Now a coach like coach Mac at a smaller school may bite. Or a shitter school like Oregon St.

i honestly think kirby has been given the "nod" as hciw ... never thought that before, but he's had chances to move to a csu type job before ... kirby will be the next hc at alabama, imo ...
