None other than Wes Chandler of Florida , he played in 1974-77 in the days of the wishbone offense...never had a QB that gifted of a passer or he could have established records never to be beaten in 11 games.

He was the third overall pick of the Saints unfortunately and they were terrible back then. He eventually after a few years went to the Chargers were he lit it up. He was about 6'0 175 lbs but had a knack for leaping and making tacklers miss. No other SEC WR comes close to being third overall...maybe...just maybe he might get tied this year ? Most teams don't draft WRs too high overall...will be interesting to see what Cooper does.

Cooper probably goes top five, but it's hard to say without knowing who is picking and before any workouts have taken place.

Was Andrew Luck available in the 2011 draft?

I really hope your not calling someone a dumb arse for thinking that Cam got drafted after Luck because if so this would be a look in the mirror type moment.

Iirc Troy Williamson went 7th overall in the mid 2000s. Sterling Sharpe went early 1st as well.

Sterling Sharpe at #7 overall to Green Bay.

I agree though, Cooper might go higher, not sure about #3 but he may go higher than 7.
