That sucks, but it is the HCIW title that everyone said would be tough to refuse, plus potentially close to the $2MM AU was reportedly ready to offer. Best of both worlds.

A real estate agent in South Carolina, per a quick search on LinkedIn. He's also been writing for GamecockPride for just over a year. Sounds like a pretender, I don't trust real estate agents with insider information on general principle.
