Many LSU fans forget we played a terrible game against a Clemson team that may be lucky to win 10 games this year, not to mention lost to a bubble team at best in Old Dominion.
Pump the brakes a little there. We're still very inconsistent, though I like that we show the potential to be a very scary team come March

It was obvious that the #18 and #16 teams were vastly overrated.

Please explain this. I would say that LSU has gotten better since the preseason touney based on consistent play over the past week (2 games). Tigers now have a long break for exams and then an ez non-conference slate up until sec play.

No excuse, they were a great eight team last year and returned alot of talent.
They are 50-4 at home under this coach and a sell out gym. They beat the brakes off of us!

Clemson was a bad loss. ODU wasn't nearly as bad. They'll probably be a tournament team.

Looked like we were shell-shocked in the first half. Played decently in the second half, but we weren't coming back from 23 down in Aimes.
Bad games happen. We already have a couple of solid wins. I'm still feeling confident that we are better than almost anyone in the SEC.

Iowa State is really really good. We gave them our best shot in KC and they just calmly get extending leads and eventually wore us down.
