Let's see, they keep this guy for three years and the next guy will have like a two year hole to dig out of. So around six years give or take a year.

Florida doesn't really have to worry about recruits. Their worst case scenario is still pretty strong.

Yes, in a sense. They still have to do the work. But Florida is never going to have a disaster in recruiting like other schools could.

SEC will be in deep doo doo very soon....we have a stout defense and even a slight increase in offense will turn things around.
We all know the SEC is a snake pit and its tough every Saturday....fans are beyond reasonable and patience non existant....McElwain couldn't wait to get back in it!

Depends more on how many leave early and at what positions. UF has a talented roster and has the entire time Muschamp was there but attrition could hurt them if there's a lot of it.
The other thing would be how many of those will fit the new system and how well but that may not be a big factor.
