Coming off a multitude of emotional and tough wins, I have this fear that the team will take a talented and driven Missouri team too lightly. Missouri was just here last year, so they're not going to be lost in the moment.
How will the coaching staff keep the players ready to go from the start?

I can see it happening but we have a lot of leaders on this team that I don't think will let it happen.

Mizzou will try to punch us in the mouth early.

Mizzou seems to have an edge about them in these type games. Boy, they play mean. I'm just banking on Alabama being much, much better than them.

I think the defense is pissed that they gave up so many points to Auburn and are going to dominate. Sims, Yeldon, and Cooper know that this is the last chance that they will have to win one last SECCG. They are going to want it. Pinkel and Saban are great friends, so I HIGHLY doubt we are going to take Mizzou "too lightly".

They gave up 44 points. They don't want to lose the SEC title game. Would be enough motivation for me

Saban always has his team ready for these types of games. SEC championship game or national Alabama is always ready for these games.

Last championship we lost we SEC championship to national champion Florida with Tebow and that was Sabans first full year. Theres a lot of big time games we have won since then.

I don't think the defense will come out flat, but I can see the offense struggling a bit early in the game.

Same here. I think the offense will start slow, but the defense will show up ready to play.

This wouldn't shock me...if it happens, hopefully after the first couple of possessions we'll settle down...

I think they were actually a little too pumped for the Auburn game. Saban has been pretty good at managing that sort of thing in title matches. The team's been in semi-playoff mode since Ole Miss, now it's win or go home, hopefully that would prevent any sort of let down.

They've got to have the mind-set that Saturday is the only Game that matters.

I think after the intense game last Saturday they may actually play at just the right level of intensity.

I think they may play the most complete Game so far.

Yeah I don't see us being better than we were during the aTm game.

Let's hope we get rolling early and crush their hopes and dreams.

Flat is a bad word and you should retract your thread due to the word flat being mentioned and that's certainly frowned upon here. Ask anyone....except the guys here.

After the scare Auburn gave them they better not come out flat. That should have been a wake up call.
