I still think he has a chance. They've been inviting 4-5 here lately and if that continues, I think he will.

They invite based on the % of votes.
Anybody who has a sizeable chunk of the final vote gets invited as a finalist.
He won't get an invite, I expect 3 finalists (Mariota, Gordon, and Cooper)

He should. For a smaller school's player to win it they probably need to be undefeated, so he won't. He's had a bigger impact on his team than any player in football though, that's something I can pretty confidently say. And I think his numbers justify him being there, they are really impressive through 12 games.
He's literally the only thing, other than DeRunnya, that kept us in the Ole Moss game at all. The rest of the team looked like they didn't even wake up that morning.
