Makes sense to me

1. Arkansas-Bert runs a certain type of team and goes for guys that fit it. I don't think that will always mean high recruiting classes are a prerequisite for high levels of on the field success.

2. Kentucky-Uphill battle for Kentucky recruiting but altogether going pretty well I think.

3. Mizzou-Diamond in the rough program with occasional highly rated stars. So far this = winning.

4. Vanderbilt-Vandy. Not bad for them really.

5. Florida-Lotta kids waiting to see where the coaching thing goes. I don't think they will end up where they are right now. Probably not as high as they are used to but pretty good.

Missouri has to be the most mysterious team in the SEC. I wrote them off 2 years ago based on the talent they had and the talent they're bringing in. I thought A&M at least had potential but Mizzou didn't. I know the East is down but still an impressive run.

Nothing mysterious... The SECe is just miles behind the West right now... At least 3 teams in the West could've won the East with Mizzou's schedule this season.

Still a good ways to go. Kentucky could get a boost from the OC change and are looking to possibly flip at least one recruit from a school with a coaching change.

It's probably a safe bet that this won't be the best class in Florida's history.

On a related note, how is McElwain as a recruiter?

He's not wrong. I bet there's 4 teams in the west that could have won with your schedule. Because, you know, Indiana.

LSU will move up a lot I think. We will be 6-10 when all said and done. Have a ton of room left in this class and some big targets we're aiming for.
