UT Chattanooga needs to take notes

They should put their little brother from Knoxville in its place.
It is public knowledge that the University of Tennessee at Knoxville's Athletic Department is broke. It is financially irresponsible to allow them to continue to operate in this manner. As taxpayer and resident of the state of Tennessee, I would like to see the UT BOT follow the UA BOT's wise judgment and do the right thing.
