Probably wouldn't have been even without the injury. Not a slight against him - RBs just haven't been going 1st round last couple years...

Everybody knows the last RB drafts but Moreno went first round and Gurley is quite a step up.

The RB position has taken a huge dive in importance the past few years. Everyone is now moving to RB by committee. You don't see RBs getting 30 touches a game like they used to in the NFL. This, along with huge busts by top 10 picks over the past few years has led to the best backs dropping to about the late 1st - early 2nd round.
I still think Gurley is a talent rare enough to go to early to mid 1st round. If he was around 10 years ago, he would be the #3 pick at worst.

Disagree. There weren't hardly any mock drafts with him still available after the 20th pick. I understand that rb's have been devalued the last few years but he was projected to go pretty high, definitely first round, prior to his injury.

If he is still around by the 3rd round I wouldn't mind the Falcons picking him up. We have to many holes to fill with the first two rounds.
Todd had his short comings, but he was Georgia Football the past three years, I hope he electrifies whatever city he lands at.
