I obviously don't have the ability to post this on the AU board, and I really don't care to know what non-AU fans think...so Coaching Changes board is out..

If it isn't Muschamp, can anyone measure up in your mind to a Muschamp hire?

TIA.

For your troubles, here is a picture of a Santa Claus.

Everybody keeps talking Muschamp. Has even said he'd be interested in a D coordinator's job? I'll bet he has a buy out with FL that he would have to forfeit if he takes a job immediately.

I am sure there are others that can be good DC's. As for me the answer is no.

Reports say yes

They are actually making a settlement deal that would allow him to take another job and nothing would affect the settlement. I learned this today myself

BOOM is first on my wish list, but there are other quality candidates as well. So no, it's not BOOM or bust.

A change was needed, my preference would be Muschamp. Would love to poach some good Fl defensive recruits as well.

No, he's just the big name out there. I'm sure we'll be made fun of mercilessly on here if he isn't the one hired. I'm on the record that it isn't Muschamp or bust. How can anyone know if he's interested in taking a DC position he's already had?

I want the best available option, which I believe to be Muschamp.

If not him, I'll be disappointed but ultimately I just want a top 5 conference defense whoever the coach may be.

Does the UF-UA game this year give pause to any Barner about Boom?

No. Different personnel, different offenses, etc. Players have bad games and coaches do too.

How about Mizzou's DC? Seems to have done a good job.

I just don't see Mooseboom taking a job under Gus. I think he will take an HC job somewhere else or go to the pros as a coordinator.

Who the hell really knows though.
