Better, Worse or Even?

Bama loses it's Best QB-WR-RB combo EVER
Loses half it's LBs and All of it's Safetys

Will be an interesting QB battle... but it will be a 1st time starter so another SECC run?

RBs will be Bamaish - Henry, Drake and TJones
WR corp deep and lightly experienced
Oline will be very good with solid experience

DLine will be deepest most experienced ever.. LB should be stout and DBs will be a project as usual with some young studs playing behind some, more experienced guys we wish didn't start.

Depth everywhere another #1 class and looks like another title year so i'll say:

BAMA:EVEN

Return 38 of 44 in two deep. Lose Worley, AJ Johnson, Jordan Williams and Justin Coleman. ..

An improving Arkansas team will have a decent 8-4 or 9-3 season. Lots of young talent is improving all over the field on both sides of the ball. Hopefully, Austin Allen is far less the gaping vagina than his brother can be at times (yes, I did just say that after he insisted on playing through an injury at Mizzou).

Hard to say. It will be tough to improve offensively. It will look completely different with Johnson at QB. Defensively, we should be better. We may actually be able to establish some type of pass rush and Tray Matthews will be available to play safety. Schedule should definitely be more favorable with getting both Mississippi schools, Georgia, and Alabama at home.

Better to drastically better, depending on how the recruiting class finishes.

Lots of true freshman will be playing next year, but the talent upgrade is substantial. We need it too, if you watched this year, ANY team that was even remotely decent could put up points on us. Unless your team and QB were completely hapless and pathetic with a drooling imbecile of a head coach, you scored enough to beat us if you could just slow down the run game a little bit.

Arky - up

Bama - down a little

Aiuburn - down

Miss St - down

Ole Miss - down a little

aTm - about even or maybe up a little

Definitely drop at WR.
Pickup more talent at RB.
QB - even at best, probably drop.
OLine - drop
DLine - if healthy, lots better.
LB- drop
Secondary - better

We lose critical pieces so I'm going to say even to worse. We will win another game or 2 due to the favorable schedule though

If Duke and Sammie go pro, yes.

Agreed, but I think CAP is undervalued.

Agreed

Disagree. We get Kozan back and get Golson. Lose Slade and Dismukes, but others returning. I think we actually may improve here, if our players progress naturally.

Agreed.

LB- drop

How do you figure this?

Secondary - better

Agreed.

Can't get much worse... so...

If we can get a pass rush from the incoming talent then add that to an experienced secondary and LB group then I think our D has a real chance to get back to where it should be.

Offense is going to be a question, though. Losing the left side of our O Line is going to hurt the most, IMO. Mitch (or anyone really) should be able to put up similar numbers to Thompson and any mistakes they make will seem like old hat after this year... so status quo at the vary least. Having Wilds (probably) and David Williams back in the backfield shouldn't give us too big of a drop off there. Receiving corps is going to be a work in progress outside of Cooper... but having him in the game is never a bad thing.

Fry is only a sophomore, so our kicking game will remain the same and we have a great punter coming in next year (in theory of course)... so if we can get some kind of return game going (whether through personnel additions or coaching changes) I think our Special Teams could only get better.

I think the future is bright... but I'm looking at it in the shadow of this season. So who knows.

Better.

Improve at every position except MLB.

Offensive line has to improve, certainly couldn't be any worse.

East will likely be an even Derpyer Derp Fest than it was this year, could see 8-4 or 9-3.

Auburn should get Lawson back. So that would be an improvement.

9-3 at best
8-4 at worst

Yay Les Miles, probably good enough for third place in the sec west.
