I bet it'll be Bama by at least 2 scores.

I was thinking 14, but you could be right.

It sucks that we don't have much of a chance. I'm holding out hope though. I bet they're favored by 15 1/2.

We probably won't win. But I sure hope we give them a better game than the last time we played.

I think if our defense has the game they're capable of, we will stay in it. And you never know what might happen.

I'll remain optimistic. This is just a different squad than in previous years. There is a lot of resolve to this team. If they fall short anywhere, it'll be on the offensive side of the ball. But on defense, we still have good depth/talent.

I just like our chances.

I have it on SEC network right now, they're talking about how we're effecting the branding of the SEC and its a disaster that we're in. I love making them cry.

No, the ESPN hosts, think it was Tesatore , he and that dari noka do not hide how much they hate us especially noka, he picks on mizzou like a 16 year old HS bully, I thought that they had to be more professional than that?

Well, they should be more professional than that. But the narrative is that Mizzou has backed into/lucked into/derped into this SECCG. And that we will be slaughtered by whoever the west puts out there. Since it's Bama, the slaughter will be more of a bloody human sacrifice. Because we aren't worthy to share the field with the mighty tide. That's their opinion, and it'll come through plain as day this week. Even though they will be obligated to build us up in order to hype the game, their bias will come through.

I hope the Bama team buys into that. And that our team plays with a giant chip on their shoulder.

I think this is more reasonable. Bama -9 to -11 or so.

I respect bama but I'm getting tired of their every year dominance, they need to be knocked down a peg. I don't like this Tom Osbourne nobody has a chance in hell culture that Saban has created, that's a big reason college football wasn't as enjoyable back then as it is now but Bama is bringing those days back. ugh

I'm thinking at least 14, but what makes you think we don't have much of a chance?

Missouri has thoroughly cowed three completely different styles of red-hot teams in successive weeks.

As long as they don't wet their leg over the name "Bama", I think they've got a great shot. Much better than last year.

You don't think we can do at least some of what Auburn is doing to Bama right now?

I mentioned on another thread that I was offered 13 points for a $100 bet...and passed.

And though I have hopes, if I was a hard-assed gambler who didn't bet on loyalty and dreams, I'd have lost money on most Mizzou games this year.
