Only stupid LSU fans thinks there is a conspiracy thing with the officials. Does Alabama get the benefit of the doubt sometimes? Yea probably so. But so does everyone else. LSU did not lose the Alabama game because of the officials. Did it hurt them a little? Maybe. LSU lost because of the defensive coordinator got soft on the last drive. IMHO SEC refs are some of the worst. But they are bad for everyone. LSU has lost some games because of the refs, but so has Alabama, auburn, Georgia, Florida, and everyone else in the SEC.

We're not guilty because we've been screwed many times in favor of Alabama when it comes to questionable calls. Several this year and the Patrick Peterson in 2009, just to name a few.

Ah, there it goes. The eternal victim mentality.

You guys should just drop the tiger and make your new mascot "LSU Eternal Victims!"

Truth still stands.

- When you lose close, you blame refs and say it's a conspiracy from B'Ham.

- When you win with ref help, you say "stuff happens" or "refs always suck".

Why can't you eternal victims admit that refs suck and there isn't some conspiracy... when you aren't the ones benefiting from the calls?

I have generally not been one to bitch about calls that did not go our way.

In that regard, I will gladly admit that the no-call on the offside was a pretty big error.

But like any bad call, there is no way to retroactively award reparations to the team that was victimized. So, just deal with it.

All the LSU fans on here last night said that we got screwed.

But it didn't matter, we lost because our defense sucked

I couldn't care less about a call that determined a game between teams that will finish 5th and 6th in the SEC, except this:

There were multiple posts (and even a thread or two) from Rantards about why Bama was gifted a 1st and 10 situation after a Dead Ball Personal Foul penalty down near the goal line in the LSU game. Yet, when La'el Collins has the exact same thing happen and LSU still maintains 1st & 10 after the penalty*, nary a peep. I just found that interesting.

*BTW, horrible call. Collins was engaged at the whistle with Garrett and just lost his balance and fell on top of the A&M player. In fact, it looked to me like Garrett had a hold on Collins' jersey when he was pancaked and kind of dragged Collins on top of him.

Just like Bama fans will admit their was PI on the last play of that game, but it doesn't change anything.

There wasn't PI on the last play of the game.

oh you mean like the bs blown call PI penalty on #32 that led to 3 points for A&M late.....dude falls down on his own, and we get flagged.

You guys are funny......that was extremely close on the offsides.....you can't go by the black line...look at the ball.....could have gone either way, in all honesty. That being said, it's still a long way to go for them to score.

yes because I have a cousin that played for Bama. He is an arse and just sends me pics of his rings everytime Bama wins. He can get ebola for all I care (not really).
Ok...that's a pretty good reason, right there.

When they're the team that gets the blown call, they say the officials/refs suck and that they suck for everybody. Just two weeks ago, when things didn't go their way; it was a conspiracy where the officials are all paid.

Whats your point?

LSU fan hypocriscy

Most of these morons are new LSU fans. While some of them have a point about CLM being too conservative on offense, these new breed LSU fans are a spoiled, self-entitled bunch. They are quickly replacing UGA fans for being most delusional. (We should be winning NC's every season, the refs gave the game away, our coach is horrible, etc.) The guys who have been around for LSU in the 90's and before are mostly solid, knowledgeable football fans. What can you do? We have a lot of guys like this too. They know Shula and Saban. That's it.

Dude. Thank you.
Just.......thank you.

That explains a lot.

We have the stupid gumps as well so I definitely feel your pain on that one.

I just brought it up because those guys are quite pathetic... they are quite angry as well judging from their reaction to the truth.

Sorry, I don't care about scorelines if they aren't Aubie, Rocky Top or a national title.

In the end, titles > all.
