The group of people who have an agenda and take every opportunity to voice their point of view. Or the uninformed group who does not care.

What agenda is the group pushing? Is it a negative agenda or a positive agenda? Do they genuinely care about their agenda or are they using it to profit in the long run?

This because they are easily influenced by the group with the agenda via talking points designed to rouse emotion.
An educated people will make decisions based off of logic. Uneducated or uninformed people base decisions on emotion and are easily swayed by others.

The most damaging thing to a society is a lack of new underwear. This is a pressing issue that only Christmas can solve. No longer shall we stand by while things wave freely in an unfortunately placed hole.

The most damaging thing that can happen to any society is overpopulation. When the weak, the poor and the unproductive are allowed to breed to a majority, the society collapses.
