Smoked brisket

Pecan pralines
Pumpkin bread pudding

The best part though is after 2 days we always make a turkey, duck, and deer sausage gumbo. Sometimes dove, but not this year.

Oyster dressing is cornbread dressing with oysters throughout

Pecan dressing is a breadcrumb dressing with pecans. Usually darker and more clumpy than cornbread dressing.
