re: Ferguson protests in Knoxville?

The Gainesville Sun apparently didn't even send a photojournalist to the protest in G'ville.

As much as it will disappoint Eric Holder, there will be no Civil Rights Charges unless they are trumped up to satisfy the animals (regardless of color) looting and committing arson and assault.

roadGator-There will be Civil Rights Charges bought up IF it is found that Officer Wilson in his past was involved with ANY racial or civil rights violations pertaining to the police department in which he was employed by that was disbanded by the Federal Govt.

That would be grounds for Civil Rights Charges to bring against Officer Wilson. Now either it's their or it's not. And Eric Holder does not have to trump up charges against anyone, hell he didn't trump up charges against George Zimmerman so why would he do it now????

So the witness' who literally recanted their story and said they actually weren't there and didn't see anything, or the guy who said he watched Wilson shoot Brown execution style, "because where comes from, that's what he assumed happened" or the witness (and best friend, Dorian, who has a warrant out for his arrest) who said he watched Wilson shoot Brown in the back when it is literally impossible this happened were all telling the truth because the prosecutor hasn't charged them all with perjury?

DBU-A total of 50 witnesses or more testified, 45 witnesses said they DIDN'T SEE Michael Brown reach for his waist, THAT IS A FACT. 5 said they saw him reach for his waist. THAT IS A FACT. So I guess those 45 got together and conspired to lie to the grand jury and the prosecutor so they can get charged with Perjury.

Was that because they weren't paying attention, were lying, were in the wrong position to see that, failed to see if from their viewpoint, because they refused to admit seeing him reach for his pants...what?

shite well first he was a DEMON then he was a HULK, Wilson claim that Brown was so strong that he felt like a 5 year old fighting a HULK. But yet that Hulk retreated instead of smashing the 5 year old. That Hulk or Demon which Wilson was sooooo afraid of yet pursued him. So either Wilson is a DEMON himself or just a flat out liar.

If you read my previous posts, you will see that I said that if Wilson had shot and killed Brown at the moment of the confrontation at his unit he would have been JUSTIFIED. And we wouldnt be having this discussion.

The problem is was he JUSTIFIED in using deadly force AFTER Michael Brown(DEMON, HULK) or whatever description you want to use, RETREATED. And the threat does not exist once a person RETREATS.

Now as far as violent criminals or criminals of any kind being back in the public is not my decision to make. But what I am for is justice for ALL. Again I said earlier, even Charles Manson had his day in COURT. He was as violent as they come but yet he wasn't gunned down.
