memphis-what part of the story is false that you say i believe? Brown was shot at a distance, THAT IS A FACT. Brown and Officer Wilson had a confrontation at his unit in which he fired his weapon, THAT IS A FACT, Brown either walked or ran away from Officer Wilson, THAT IS A FACT.

like i said before, literally no (real, credible) witness has said brown was charging. all witnesses say brown ran away, stopped, and turned around. wilson's story doesn't even really make sense if you view brown as a real life person.

VolShaft83-I'm not here to put Officer Wilson on trial, so excuse me if I left out a bunch of stuff. I do know what's it like to be racially profiled. I do know the law of my state when firing a weapon and I do know that ANY time you fire a weapon YOU are responsible for that bullet.
Whether you are justified or not, you are responsible. We just have differences of opinion on the Choice the officer made, plain and simple. I have also been in that officer position. So we just going to have to agree to disagree on this subject.

WaveHog-You are correct sir. That person has no understanding of what people honestly believe. Everybody believes you have a right to defend yourself, what everybody disagree on is the FORCE used to defend yourself.

Because AFTER shooting Michael Brown, there was NO return fire towards the officer, even if Brown was charging, in Wilson words, basic training teaches you to seek cover and fire. Yet Officer Wilson just kept firing away. So now he must answer to that in Federal Court if they decide to pursue charges.

Your typical food stamp recipient is a divorced single white mom who has a job. Yes her husband is behind, usually way behind on his support payments - is this the family you had in mine? Yeah I wish the Sheriffs would get after those dead beat dads myself. By the way odds are we got a few who post on this website. Probably had the nerve to complain about the people in the photos.

Who said anything about a mass conspiracy and coverup involving all white ppl? I'm not quite 30 but Its just my opinion that when you carry pepper spray, tasers, and a gun why was your first instinct to pull the trigger that's all I'm saying. The only facts we know about this situation is that brown is dead Wilson shot him and wilson was the one with all the weapons and if he was that afraid why didn't he wait for backup before confronting brown? After all I don't know what was going through Wilsons head and neither does anyone else maybe he was that afraid and maybe is a racist pos but who can read another mans mind. I cannot. Can you?

DBU-The Prosecutor also said that most of the witnesses lied, changed their tune while being questioned, but yet that same Prosecutor did not charge any witness with PERJURY. Don't you think that is odd?
Anybody that knowingly lie to the grand jury or prosecutor while under oath in any NORMAL circumstance would be CHARGED with PERJURY. That is a fact.
