Good boys don't assault a person in order to complete the robbery of a gas station.

All this because Browns friend lied to police.

Dude should be tried for perjury.

Anyone know if Knoxville Liquor Mart was looted? Hopefully they boarded up and are still open cause I've got an out-of-state check to cash.

You might know it by its full name...Knoxville Liquor Mart & Pawn.

They dropped the part about discount cigarettes because people just drive up to Kentucky to get the cheapest prices on tobacco anyway.

neither do the protestors, unfortunately. i don't think they understand what justice actually is in this country. what it's not is circumventing due process because of the opinion of the ill-informed masses.

How about protesting a system that made it beneficial for fathers to be out of the home and not support their children. How about protest the ones who sell "The system is against the black man" the ones that make their living pushing that lie. Slaves to the government is what they have become, shite started way back and has become a lifestyle.Poor people depend on government like drug addicts depend on dealers, neither has their customer's well being at heart. Just want to keep them hooked so it's business as usual, and business is good.

This is true but most people who want to fix the issue go from 1 extreme to another extreme. I'm liberal with a lot of conservative values. That's an art that most people have lost. (thinking for themselves = views from both sides)

I think folks are just a tad bit angry because yet another black individual has been killed essentially over taking some cigars or fighting a cop or whatever happened when on the other hand you got guys going on shooting sprees and actually killing individuals yet they always get there day in court.

um, no they don't. many times they're shot by police or kill themselves. i really wish people would get off of this narrative as if cops are killing innocent black people all the time and letting white people go. shite, the most well publicized recent mass shooting at sandy hook ended with the shooter killing himself, but you're right, they always get their day in court

Oh, is that what's going on here? I had no idea

Perhaps if Michael Brown hadn't been playing stupid games, he wouldn't have won stupid prizes.

Because the evidence doesn't support an indictment.

Why should he go to court if the GJ can't even find enough evidence for an indictment?

Again, they are mad because the friend (who lied) said he was running away with his hands up.

This has been proven false by MULTIPLE witnesses. Multiple...

you're right but i think he's referring to Brown being shot instead of somehow subdued, although that's also an equally ignorant opinion.

Bottom line is people are mad because of ignorance, perpetuated my society and the media running with a story without the proper facts to back up an intelligent opinion. It's sad really. All people see is white man/cop kills black man and automatically assume it was unjustified and the cop should burn for it. They also want to act like, because Brown was a "kid," that he couldn't have been dangerous enough for the cop to use deadly force. Are people really that blind as to the reality of the world we live in?

Yes, it's unfortunate anyone has to die in situations such as these, but Michael Brown could have avoided all of this had he not committed a felony earlier that evening and not refused to obey the police officers orders.

I'm gonna say this, and I honestly hope it hurts some feelings:

The world is better off without Michael Brown.

It's not really ignorant at all. Every confrentation does not warrant a whole clip being emptied into another individual. I could understand if you were dealing with some cat with an extensive and violent criminal past that was not the case.
