Probably. I became skeptical once he said something along the lines of "I'm bringing real Arkansas moonshine with me, not like that watered down stuff in East TN"
Wat? I mean, it's not like Rocky Top is about a couple of Feds getting killed snooping around a moonshine still in the Smokies or anything like that.

Happened in Newport, TN. Even I have too much of a tan to go there
