Would the game have been different if Treadwell had played?

With the way our defense has been playing, I doubt it would have made a difference. But the Ole Miss receivers did have a lot of drops. Thoughts?

Any single player, that isn't an All-American QB, does not equate to 30 points.

Bo appeared to be worth 6 points, to me.

And Rohain Gaines.

It would have been different. Never underestimate the rhythm between a QB and his star receiver. But I really doubt they would have won. They just played bad yesterday.

"if" -- completely impossible to know and therefore useless to speculate on.

Maybe if he'd not been hurt & they had beat Auburn; we shall never know.

More so than his actual playmaking, he was also the vocal leader of the team and I think his injury and that nasty Auburn loss demoralized our team more than expected. They looked flat and unemotional for the first time in the Freeze era from kickoff to the buzzer. Wallace didn't even throw a tantrum and storm off the field...that's saying something. Not making excuses to that arse kicking, but yeah, I think if he was playing it would have had an impact on the outcome.

If the game was right after the Auburn loss I might agree with you, but you guys had 3 weeks to get over that.

Receivers weren't even close to OM's biggest problem yesterday.
