He's a really good coach but I don't think he's suited for a "major job". Heard him interviewed on Finebaum and he's not a great speaker. Personally, I don't think that matters but plenty of the boosters would hate that. He's be the least polished coach in the media since Ed Orgeron.

Jimbo Fisher can't speak that well either. Jimbo has a coaching "stave" not a staff let him tell it.
