What type of class? Also random question does your gym do spin classes? A buddy of mine in law school tried to talk me into going on random days when it's raining and we can't run or were just looking to change it up and I thought it would be a little ghey if guys went lol so was looking for perspective

I teach Combatives -- self-defense.

I'm not overly familiar with spin classes but it's super popular among the women here, and apparently a good way to pick up chicks and exercise.

Really, I respect most forms of exercise and whatever it takes to get you off your arse and out of the house is good for me.

One of many talents.

And that's the only reason I've ever heard guys wanting to take that class.

You having a girlfriend complicates that a little.

I did spin for four months to change up my cardio routine. It's a great workout, but I couldn't do it every workout. I hit a plateau midway through the 4th month. I also started getting bad leg cramps from my neurological condition so I needed to go back to running. As far as being gay, there were several guys in my classes, none were gay. A straight male even taught a few of the classes. There were plenty of ladies to distract you.

Doing my regular Sunday laundry for the week. Mentally preparing for the two day shite show I'll be walking into this week due to the short week/Thanksgiving break.

Also had my first migraine last night. Zig zaggy lines freaked me out a bit. Head is still a little sore today too.

Yeah it does complicate looking for other girls but I'm not complaining

Hitting the vape to avoid smoking... Continuing with the health thing I like it!

To the guy drinking and playing far cry.. What ya gonna be sipping on?

And finally thanks for the advice! 4 months is a long time I was thinking maybe once a week just to mix it up

Sorry tried to reply to everyone in 1 message to keep it simple

The visual aura pre-migraine. Some people get a blind spot where you see zig zagged lines. Goes on for about 20-30 minutes.

Wow that sounds miserable. Sorry to hear that. I've been fortunate enough to never have a migraine

Been hitting the books. Thermodynamics test tomorrow morning and Physical Chemistry Tuesday night.

Feeling all sorts of motivation with the approaching holiday break.
