Tennessee and Kentucky could get their 6th win and make it 13. I'm not sure how many bowl slots the SEC has, but it seems possible some SEC teams with a 6-6 record could get left out of the bowl picture. I nominate Tennessee.

No. too much $$$

Only scenario a bowl eligible team wouldn't go, would be if Florida decided not to accept an invite...but I think that is very unlikely as well
