A few questions about Freeze's strategy

haven't gotten to watch Ole Miss much this year, obviously Hugh is getting some good talent in Oxford but what is his coaching style? does he prefer a more uptempo style with full court presses, run and gun offense or more of a methodical approach with pick and rolls, 2-3 zone type defenses?
