You guys are right. This guy is actually really really good at breaking down football, especially good college quarterbacks who are "future stars of the SEC".

McElory fan.

So he likes to be right when he makes his picks. Who doesn't? :)

Besides, Remote Controlled said he does a good job and has lots of insight.

I agree.

He also picked Kentucky and aTM to win.

He's putting that bad juju on UT and I thank him for it.

Yep, he's outstanding. Very good at what he does. Easily, my favorite pundit on ESPN right now.

He was 4-2 last week in his picks. He is trending up!

He's worked really hard at distancing himself from Bama. Bashing us all season. I wouldn't be surprised if Saban told him to, to help the team not get overconfident. There are not too many analysts that can make it being a homer (Lou Holtz may be the only one).

Of course I'm biased but he sounds very intelligent and I would guess he'll do this a very long time.

He was very shaky/nervious his first week or so on TV, but guess anyone would be, but has really become a pro at it.

Wouldnt be surprised if by next year you start seeing him on ESPN more.

He was like a robot that first week. He's loosened up quite a bit since then.

GMac and Booger are the two most polished former players on the network. Tebow is terible. Spears doesn't come off as professional, but he is the most entertaining guy on the network by far.

He has toned it down a lot since the launch of the network. It is a lot more natural now.

"Distancing himself from bama. Bashing bama all season". What a joke. Did you not hear him on Finebaum last wk & then again this wk, where Finebaum uses his "expertise" on all that is bama to further polish Saban's knob? I don't catch him on radio, but every time I hear him on SECN, he's singing bama's praises every chance the ball is thrown in his court. Watch how many times he appears on Finebaum's show as/if bama progresses in the playoff system. He spoke on bama's behalf re the Iron Bowl for a good 15 min the other day, and that was only part of his bama arse kissing.
