Georgia on their minds, as always.

A lot of our (lack of) success against these guys is mental - Dwag players go in *expecting* to win, Tech's have gone in *hoping* to win.

LOL at them hoping that Charleston Southern hurts our players with their chop blocks. When they always claim what they do is legal and ethical.

Frick Tech. PeeWee football.

Comparisons are being made to Auburn's offense. Quite frankly, I thought Auburn looked very slow. The QB would take the ball, seem to stand still as if his picture was being taken, then hand off the ball so that everyone could see who had the ball. I would humbly observe that our offense seems a whole lot faster. We quickly move the ball, and on 3rd down we can throw and pick up the first down.

In fact, our offense looks very, very good!

I also heard the TV commentators say that UGA had trouble defending its corners. Even without Snoddy, we handle the corners very well. We block well, and it is what we do.

As for the defense, I know that they will do their best. At least UGA will not have the "prince of autographs" to help them, and I have a lot of confidence in Coach Roof. He will have our defense as well prepared as they can be. I know that UGA will hurt us with their offense, but I'm just hopeful, that despite our smaller size, we can nevertheless handle them. This year I think its fair to say that if Fla. can do it, we can do it. If S.Car. can do it, we can do it.

Anyway, Miami and Clemson both have massive offensive lines and we handled both just fine.

We have better coaches, and we have an incredible QB.

We can do this.

Do you know why Tech never had to mow the grass on its field? They just let the cheerleaders graze twice a week.

I partially agree with that comment. Auburn's read option out of the shotgun does develop slowly. We played a little loose up front because we had time to respond if Marshall handed off to the tailback. Tech's dive play, on the other hand, is a lot quicker and we'll need to cover the gaps differently or they'll get some decent yardage up the middle.

We should let Conley be a captain for that game. He can go out with a light saber and they would probably drop to their knees in awe.

Yea...about that...

Richt is so damn inferior to Johnson and Co...Do I need to start posting results or is 12-1 enough? Their best team got its shite pushed in by our 2nd worst team of the Richt era.

Tech certainly has a chance and is a better team than they usually are this year. But it's not for the above 2 reasons. At all.

What is truly amazing is that they do this to themselves EVERY FRICKIN' YEAR

It makes the inevitable win SO much more enjoyable because they whip themselves into a frenzy of belief right before the game.

Whatever, I have the fear. Nerds have been playing well. Hope we don't have another Florida or SC debacle a week from Sat.

A lot of their posts sound like they stopped playing World of Warcraft last night and Wikipedia'd "American Football" real quick. The synopses of the Auburn game are hilarious.

I think they have a good team and linebacker discipline hasn't been a strength of ours, which is essential to stopping that triple option.

I also think they are a little too high on themselves and probably giddy because of the outcome of a game they didn't even play in.

They act like we have never seem the triple option before.

We play against it/them every year, this offense is nothing new and it doesn't change.

Moving on...

They play a one game season every year, and it's us. There's certainly some truth to the blind squirrel theory, and they've looked less awful than usual this year, so some would argue that they're due. Add to that the Dawgs coming out flat in two important games and it makes for a better than usual matchup.

All the better to rip up their dreams for another 365 days, however.
