This story seems so bizarre. It's hard to believe that many guys would participate in raping someone. I'm not ruling it out though. Alcohol does make you do things you regret. I would like to hear what her "friends" say about that night.

Yeah this sounds more and more sketchy as details about the reporting done are coming out.
No interview or attempted contact of the accused.
No collaboration of the story
2 years after the fact, and she refuses to name any of the men, but is fine describing the entire incident.
This looks more duke, less PSU.
