frick you and your Grantham loving arse. Just admit you were wrong about Pruitt. Do you believe, if Grantham were still here, we'd rank 13th in pass defense?

Hmmm, who's the more popular figure amongst the Bulldawg nation?
It sure as he'll ain't McGarrity...nothing more than a career yes man and
pencil pusher.
So what happens this December during our bowl practices if it gets
this shitty outside?

Deflect, because you're an idiot. Tell me why we aren't better off with Pruitt. I'll wait.....dumbass.

It takes close to 7 months to build a custom home. From tha date of groundbreaking to obtaining an occupancy permit a facility of this size and scope will take 20 months to design, procure and execute. With the money the UGA AD controls there is simply no excuse why this conversation is not about building another, updated facility to replace the current one.
Pruitt seems pretty adamant that this issue is hurting us in recruiting. Surely someone at this level knew this before now?

Impressive comparison! Evidently you are a learned man.

I have no doubt they did, but look at the state of the program pre-Pruitt. I honestly think that as long as UGA raked in as much money as they have been, the admins didn't really give a flying fart if we went to the big one or not. Would it have been nice to have? Sure, but they seem more satisfied with the money coming in over doing what it takes to win.

I get the impression that ADGM would go home to The Swamp in a heartbeat. Damon Evans was the ballsy kind of guy who would have loved Pruitt, but dem red panties...
My fear is that the old guard will lean on Pruitt too much, trying to hold the status quo, and CJP will give Athens the frick you speech. Pruitt sails for greener pastures just in time for all of those old crotchety farts to die off. Hope I'm wrong. I would love nothing more than CJP laying deep roots at Georgia.

I have a bad feeling this will happen. Just look at Richt having to cover for him...

Senator on GTP wrote about this today. It could very well be "good cop, bad cop" with CMR & CJP to get the stick out of McGarrity's arse. Like someone said in the column, it won't happen soon enough for Pruitt's liking, but now that it's out in the press, it'll happen much sooner than ADGM is comfortable with.

Like Peter said, Pruitt's already gotten one guy in the AD fired, and if he keeps this shite up and starts causing problems with regents, he'll end up leaving this place in shambles when he moves on to his next best greatest thing, like most snake oil salesmen.

Tight purse strings and a hella fat reserve fund is the other half of The Georgia Way. ADGM is like Scrooge McDuck diving in the vault, spitting gold coins like a fountain.
Pruitt has brought religion to town when it comes to the arms race that is recruiting and facilities. Before that, there was a degree of plausible deniability.
Once the dinosaur fricks die off that have always done stuff he way we've always done it, it'll help tremendously. The sad reality is that the army of crusty, decrepit suits that back up he Admins in B-M don't have any legit interest in truly doing what it takes to win championships. Tons of lip service, but slow to put pen to checkbook.
