Exactly, Ray will get his 4 years so really next year will determine his fate much moreso than this year. And to be honest, if we can't sniff a post-season tournament with Sword, Thomas and Ware as SRs plus the other supporting cast then its probably time to go another direction.

There really would have been a shite ton wanting to coach that team if it stayed even close to intact....

Yeah I misunderstood his post

We are 1-21 under Ray in road games. That is incredibly depressing.

It is. This team needs Sword running at full speed. He had a pretty good 2nd half at Oregon State, so maybe he is close to being back to 100%.

Poor Ray, lost Staley to another knee injury BEFORE he could even get him on the basketball court. Guy can't catch a break.

I'm about to drink a double bottle of wine and drunk call Stans.

We can't make a shot to save our lives.

This shite is absolutely fricking ridiculous.
This game didn't have shite to do with Ray. Thomas, Ware, Sword and all the other older guys that were supposed to have leading the team fricking shite the bed.
How many fricking wide open shots and layups did we miss tonight. fricking pathetic.

I'm gonna say it had to do a decent amount with Ray since he is the head coach after all.

ETA: so you're saying our freshman and underclass men are getting better coaching from Ray? I guess he's just neglecting the older guys. What a frick up coach. Amirite?

Ray figuring out recruiting is what's ultimately going to get him a 4th and probably a 5th year. Unless he crashes and burns this year spectacularly.
He's making it pretty spectacular alright.

ASU was starting 10 new players. Get his arse to Starkville, he can lose for 3 years with that excuse.

Ok. Literally the only way Ray can redeem himself is by getting Newman.
This is awful. I have no desire to watch basketball anymore.
I am happy with the way Stricklin is doing things overall. But he needs to make a huge hire.

If getting Newman means two more years if this, I don't want him. Maybe sign him and fire Ray after he inks. No amount of talent will make this joke a coach.
