What about the 4* redshirted Jacob Park? Apparently he has been playing very well for the scout team and is hard for the starting D to stop in practice.

Who says Ramsey will be the starter next year?

The O-line could possibly return 4 starters if Houston and Theus stick around (which they should). Im guessing Wynn will take that 5th spot and either play center or guard and bump Kublanow to center.

Linebacker play was atrocious. That is what happened. I don't think it was anything scheme wise really on his end.

I base that purely on the fact that the first backup allowed in games this year has been Ramsey. It seems like he is currently 2 on the depth chart but I would hope it's an open competition.

I'm not worried about talent at all. Andrews is a warrior though, and I think his attitude has been infectious. We need a new alpha dog on the OL. Any of those guys could be that guy. One or more of those guys just needs to step into that role.

Doubt he ever plays. Ramsey will be the guy next year, then it will be a war in 2016 between him and eason, who is our QB of the future.

Eason won't start in 2016. Redshirt more than likely.

I agree. Just don't see him ever really starting a game short of an injury.

NFL dad and drawing comparisons to Matt Stafford.

I don't see Eason redshirting. Hell he is mature and skilled enough that he could go in and start right now. You want him in their when Chubb and Michel hit their Junior year.

If Richt and Bobo are still coaching UGA in 2016 and Ramsey starts every game next year, he will remain the starter in 2016. That is Richt's MO. Eason may not redshirt, but he won't start IMO.

That could be Pyke next year. Kid has a ton of energy, I could see the rest of the big uglies rallying around his leadership...

Richt's MO is playing the best QB.

The BEST thing about next year with regard to our turnover and youth...we finally start the season with a patsy to warm up. I think this is essential.

Stafford/Cox competition in 05.

It was actually jt/stafford/cox in 06.

JT was a senior with game experience while the other 2 hadn't played a down. We worked stafford in starting in game 1. Joe got hurt, then after stafford sucked against CU we went to the other freshman. When he sucked against OM, we went back to stafford. When JT came back and sucked, we gave stafford the reigns the rest of the season.

I'd imagine Ramsey would start in 16 if for no other reason than he would have a year of starting and knows what he's doing. But there's no doubt eason is "our guy" as long as he's on campus.

Why did Tereshinski or Cox start over Stafford then? Everyone knew Stafford was the most talented of the bunch.

Like I said above, Ramsey will start every game next year and if healthy, he will be the starter in 2016. Eason may be the most talented, but Richt will start a true freshman over an experienced redshirt junior.
