Laura is a graduate of the University of Florida, Miss Florida 2012 and wife of a Rockies baseball player Josh Rutledge. The SEC Network wasn’t her first home, as she’s worked with Fox Sports in the Tampa and San Diego markets in the past, but she is making waves with her new employer in the south.
1. She thought she was doing her job, and she was just reporting what she was told, but her boss should tell her to not report things like that during live games.
2. Coach Botkin should be slapped in the mouth for telling her that.

Yea thought it was bizarre that she did that when watching the game live. I assumed she was new and didn't know what the hell she was doing. Knowing now that shes a UF grad is a little irritating
I doubt he told her this directly. I imagine he was talking to the LBs over on the sideline and Rutledge overheard the convo.

I missed that on the broadcast but I knew it was being talked about Monday and Tuesday and Spurrier was none too happy about it when he heard about it.
I doubt she'll be doing anything like that again anytime soon.
