Jeremy Pruitt says this will be the last year a Georgia class will have to go without an indoor practice facility

What are the odds we can get an IPF up by the start of next season?

But what they say is, 'How important is football at Georgia because they don't have an indoor practice facility?' As a football player, you ain't going to get better if you're not practicing every day and in bowl practice and the offseason and all that. So hopefully this is the last class that will ever have to not get better. Y'all can print that. That's why I came up here to see you, because I want to be proactive on the other end, because this is going to be the last team that's like this. Those guys upstairs, they're serious. They're trying to figure out the fastest way they can get us one. As soon as they figure it out, it's going to be done. They're committed to doing it, and I want the recruits to know they're not going to suffer because of it."

Apparently that was the only reason he showed up for interviews today. The guy is all business

Pruitt may just recruit an IPF from another team and get it to flip. Easier than building, guaranteed use the first year.

The Piggly Wiggly on the east side is still abandoned, as is the KMART. It wouldn't take much to have an indoor facility there. You wouldn't be able to do kicks, but you could do anything else.

There's also a Krystal next to the Piggly Wiggly, so the guys could all go out for Krystal Chicks and Chili Cheese Pups after practice.

The Walmart is only about a mile further out 78 and they've got a pretty good sporting goods section there, if they ever needed to pick up any kind of knick knacks or odds and ends. But I think our entire secondary has been banned from that Walmart, so the coaches or someone would have to go get stuff for them.

Someone post the gif of Pruitt swinging his dick. It's going to be like his bat signal from here on out.

I love the extra intensity Pruitt has brought. He sounds like he (as well as all the coaches) is working his arse off on this recruiting class.

I'm surprised as frick he actually said that to the press. Basically admitting we've been shortchanging recruits and players by not having an indoor practice facility all these years.

Dude does not abide by the normal Butts Mehre orthodoxy, that's for sure.

You say that like it's a bad thing? I'm fine with him pointing out things like this because it's part of the selling point of changing things and addressing issues that he sees.

Does not seem even remotely satisfied with second best, does he?
