#Bama 5/2
#Oregon 15/4
#FSU & #OhioState 6/1
#TCU 7/1
#Baylor & MissState 17/2
#UGA 25/1

So based on this either OSU or TCU get the 4th spot (most likely).

You'd be surprised

I don't think they belong, but it will be a cop-out pick for the committee. Rather than split hairs with Baylor or TCU, just go with the blue blood program that won a conference with a lot of pull and influence. Baylor/TCU don't have enough fans to make a large uproar anyway.

Not necessarily.

It takes into account the odds of each team winning out. MSU and Baylor have tough games left while tcu and OSU don't but if both BU and MSU win out they'll be ahead of tcu and OSU no doubt due to strength of schedule
