Leonard Fournette was playing Arkansas - didn't get Freshman Player of the Week.
But that's okay, when Nick Chubb played Arkansas he didn't get Freshman Player of the Week either.
Instead, he got SEC Offensive Player of the Week for gaining over 200 yards.
So Chubb is going to be a Freshman All-American at RB. Who will be the other one?

I guess you haven't Hurd

I don't think that anyone is questioning whether or not Chubb is better than Fournette.

You know everyone agrees Chubb is the best right now right?

Hurd looked solid against us, and I've seen some highlights where he has looked very good. Is he having an AA type season? I'm guessing he put the hurt on Kentucky from the score, but I didn't check the box score for the stats.

Chubb is a beast. I think he will end up being better than Gurley.

No. I must have missed that memo.
Now I feel bad. Kind of like I'm piling on and such. <--- GoldenDawg

117 yards, 1 TD, in 3 quarters.

Yeah no need to kick the Tigers when they're down.

Nice. So - will Hurd make the Frosh All-SEC team or Fournette? Both are having good seasons.

Fournette will probably get it over Hurd, depends on the next two games.

I think Perine out of OU is going to get it. Kid has been really good.

I just looked up the current SEC rushing stats and Hurd and Fournette are neck and neck.
Fournette has a slight advantage as he is ranked 13th and Hurd 15th. Hurd has the longest run of the two, but not by much and Fournette has a slightly better yards/carry average and a lot more TDs. So I guess Fournette is 2nd best for now, but not by much. And Ralph Webb of Vandy is having a good year as well. He's ranked 9th in yards, but gets the ball a lot more than LF and JH.

Gurley was more impressive his Freshman year in my opinion. Chubb is a stud though.
