No arrests have been made. That seems shaky to me.

If the KPD thought they had a rape they would made an arrest...especially a UT football player.

aj was very active for the first time in weeks yesterday on instagram. Posting pictures of himself graduating and liking countless graduation pics. In all the pics he looks excited and happy. And he was liking pictures that people had posted hoping he plays in the bowl game.

does this mean anything.. i have no clue, but i do know its the first time since the allegations that he has used instagram.

I thought the police confiscated his phone when they searched the apartment? Maybe he just got a new one and is using it to post pics etc

FL98 has someone saying that charges won't be filed and AJ is preparing for a defamation suit against the accuser.

Take it with a grain of salt, but surely if they had something they would have charged by now.

Occasionally they need time to gather evidence and build the case. Bigger the case, the more time they need to gather evidence.

On a side note, I had a providing to underage, 21 to a 20, all of a sudden surface 8 months after it originally happened. I hope this isn't the case here.

But as an 04-08 student, I hope all UTPD and KPD burn up in an ebola fire. They serve zero purpose. They did zero to protect students/people in general. They provide zero protection. Their only purpose is to try to bring in money from underage drinking kids.

And to harass people crossing the street. "SIR!!! GET BACK ON THE SIDEWALK!!"

My sister-in-law once was getting cited for some traffic thing and four UTPD cars showed up. It was a good thing they did, too. She was and is a criminal mastermind, sometimes parking for 22 minutes in a 20 minute parking spot.

On a side note, we were at UT the same years

Had in friends from out of town. We were day drinking on our porch and the cops drove by. Stopped and asked for IDs. A couple of the guys weren't 21 yet and they got underage citations. Cops told us that we could get providing to underage for letting them drink on our property, but they'd let us off.

Happened in August and my roommates and I got a court summons for providing to underage in the mail right near the end of the school year. Lawyered up and got out of it, but it was total bullshite.
