ETA: kind of looks bad with my post on the page before saying that he's innocent but just shows that a lot of people say that they know and don't. The sorority girl may have been full of it to be honest, this latest info comes from a family member who would have no reason to call me at work randomly to tell me. Nothing to gain, just knew that I would want to know.

Is your family member in law enforcement, the DA's office, the Knoxville Sexual assault center, or in the athletic department?

Yeah what I was told was pretty fricked up. Like they planned it, and shite.
And it is kind of making sense considering that AJ just hired a lawyer, and the girl went and got an actual rape test done. Who does that if she wasn't raped? If you try to look at it objectively it doesn't sound good.

I will wait for the facts as best we will get. The rumor mill in all things college football it just that. When I know I will render my judgement. Butch has handled this right so far and I will let things play out, he is not participating until it's played out.

AJ hiring a lawyer means nothing. If You're accused of crime, you better get a lawyer whether you're guilty or not.

I don't know what happened and I don't know if he's guilty or not..
But I do know the team (at least certain team members believe he will be cleared of wrongdoing)..
I played basketball with AJ the day before Thanksgiving.. no one asked about this situation but he seemed really up beat like normal. Also was with his girlfriend.
