Here's another chart that looks at the CFP Contenders

Notes:
Assuming that ORE, BAMA, and FSU make up the Top 3 in some order.
The fourth playoff spot right now is down to MSU, Ohio State and TCU/Baylor.
I see four other teams that can slip in if chaos ensues.
Ole Miss - would have to win SEC, creating a scenario where 2-loss Ole Miss is at worst against a 1-loss TCU for the last spot. If Ohio State were to drop a second game, or FSU/Oregon were to lose - no question a 2 loss Ole Miss is in.
Georgia - same scenario as Ole Miss. A Georgia SEC Championship would eliminate MSU, UGA and Bama. UGA's losses aren't as sexy as Ole Miss' so they might have to have TCU get upset at Texas.
Michigan State - hanging on by a thread. They are eliminated if Ohio State beats Indiana (Missouri couldn't beat them). If a 2 loss team makes the playoff, and Michigan State is the B1G Champ - they have the "best losses."
UCLA - Still interesting to me, because they control their own destiny in the Pac 12 and have wins over both Arizona and Arizona State. If they win the PAC, they would have beaten Oregon. Would still need MSU and Ohio State to fall, but while I would not rank them higher than Michigan State - they have a better chance to make the playoff.

It says we both won and lost to MSU.

Well shite. Obviously that means UM.
But the entire chart is ruined.

Are we assuming this is true?
I know the committee is focusing on conference champs but do we think they'd put a 2 loss UGA in there?

Here's the Chaos scenario that I could see Georgia slipping in.
1. Georgia beats Georgia Tech. That gives them another quality win.
2. Georgia beats Alabama/Ole Miss/MSU for a third quality win OR
2b. Georgia beats Alabama and Ole Miss beats MSU. (MSU needs to have 2 losses - a Georgia SEC Championship vs. an 11-1 MSU would be questionable)
The above would put Georgia among four teams vying for two spots (without Oregon or FSU losing). TCU, Baylor, Georgia and Ohio State.
A Baylor loss down the stretch and Wisconsin beating Ohio State would put Georgia in without a doubt.

Nice work. I'm just going to enjoy the ride and not get my hopes up too much. Richt had me right where he wanted me and then the UF game happened so not letting that shite happen again.
