SEC head coaches who walked into a good situation

There is a discussion on the Tiger Rant about this and so I decided to bring it over here. What are some of the most fortunate first year head coaches in SEC football history?
Les Miles walked into a pretty awesome situation. He had several Top 5 recruiting classes on his roster with another one on its way. Ron Zook recruited well and paved the way for Urban Meyer's run in the latter half of the last decade. Orgeron left quite a bit of talent at Ole Miss for Nutt when he took over in 2008.
Anyone else have any examples?

Dooley left the roster stacked for Butch Jones.

Chiz walked into a team that went 5-7 and had Chris Todd as QB
Malzahn walked into a team that was 3-9 and 0-8 in the SEC with a QB depth chart of Keihl Frazier, Clint Moseley, and Jonathan Wallace, and Jake Holland at MLB
C'mon now guys

Brooks left Joker probably the best situation possible at UK coming off four consecutive bowl seasons.

Auburn may have been 3-9 on the scoreboard in '12 but they were not a 3-9 team on paper. There was talent on that team that was being misused in a system they were not recruited for. Auburn recruited well under Chizik. You don't go 12-2 in the SEC without talent.

The Gus Bus is the obvious answer. Chizik was losing with players Gus recruited because he's a dumbass. So there was no rebuilding job like you'd normally have when replacing a coach who just went winless in the SEC. All he had to do was wait out a year in Jonesboro while Chiz dug his own grave.

Yes, but really only at offensive skill positions and on the lines. There was no QB and shite on defense (outside the DL)
Repeat after me... Keihl Frazier, Clint Moseley, Jake Holland
