Location of hotel coming in a minute. I know this one is tougher.

Stemmons Ave is the street. Market Center area I think.

What do you do for a living if you don't mind me asking? You're traveling a lot it seems.

Any hole in the wall suggestions? They are usually the best places.

Can't help ya in the DFW area. I'm a San Antonio boy

Babe's doesn't have a chain feel to it at all, though. Very folksy, family-style dining. I recommend it, especially if you're in a group.

If you're at Market center then you will be staying down town. It depends on what you're looking for. If you want to step it up, I recommend Fearings. I've only been twice but it's amazing. Had a fantastic time.

You have a few options, but just stay away from Harry Hines.

i wouldn't say Dallas is known for anything amazing foodwise (to me at least) but there are a lot of good burgers up there. Twisted Root, Jake's, Snuffers are all some pretty good options. Jake's is a little bit hootersish, but they have some really good burgers.

Try Neighborhood Services. You will have to cab it, but it is worth it.

Or try Campisi's on Mockingbird. A Dallas staple.

They serve something called, "A Long Hot Dusty Day," that is a shot of Basil Hayden and a Miller High Life pony. I used to get at least one every time I went-which was often when I lived in the neighborhood. The braised lamb shoulder with a wedge salad as a starter was always good.

Just head in to uptown. I've heard people talk about Meddlesome Moth recently. Yelp is the best thing ever.

Haven't worked in TX in over a year, but if I remember correctly you should be close to the Hilton Anatole, there's a pretty good steakhouse on the top level. Ser I think. Great view, but pricey. Also I think Bob's Steak and Chop house is just down the road. I've been to the one on Lemon and it was good.

Bob's Steak and Chop House is incredible. Also Chamberlain's(Steak House or Seafood Marker either one is bomb) if you don't mind going up to Belt Line.
